speaking of sex...

ha, fooled ya! i'm a deceitful little git...i wasn't really going to talk about sex at all. but now that i have your attention you might as well finish reading my post.

he is currently in tacoma, washington. i saw him today. "but kandis, if he's in tacoma and you're in bountiful how did you possibly see him?" you might be asking. "skype" i say. skype. because of skype i am able to see my friends and family who i don't live by and talk to them almost as if we were together. it's seriously so great. you just press a few buttons on your computer and just like that you're face to face with one of your buddies a few states away. it's like magic!

and speaking of magic...

i secretly have a small obsession.

ha okay lie and lie. i not-so-secretly have a huge obsession with harry potter. i know i should probably be growing out of this...but i'm not. and i have no shame.

my brother asked me the other day how i could possibly still be entertained after re-reading every available harry potter book every year since i was nine. i wasn't really sure what to tell him...but the greatness of harry potter still hasn't faded and i'm not sure how to explain quite how that is. oh, and i just read the third book, the prisoner of azkaban, which is tied for my favorite book with the half-blood prince (this isn't counting the deathly hallows, because that book is almost like its own separate series and is everyone's favorite so doesn't count), and i decided that someday i want to own a massive black dog and name him padfoot. don't you dare steal my idea you other harry potter fans.

and speaking of obsession...did i really just make a sign and take a picture of myself holding it to put on my blog? absolutely i did. ridiculous right? i don't know how it happened...but i'm obsessed with blogging! let's be honest, blogs are kind of stupid, but i can't get enough of them! really though, who really cares to read this crap i'm writing?! i mean, other than hayden. but why do i honestly bother to write blog posts when nobody cares? and on the contrary, why do i care to follow other people's blogs? there are a few people on my blog stalking list who i don't even know. what's the point? while we're on the subject, my personal favorite blog to stalk is written by possibly the greatest girl you'll ever meet, theeee one and only...allie lundberg!!

seriously, if you're looking for a blog to stalk, read up! you'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll applaud, and you'll be hanging on the edge of your seat waiting for more.

i think i've turned into a crazy internet lady though...i have a friend serving a mission on the other side of the world and a couple of months ago i found his companion's little brother, who lives in australia, on facebook. so naturally i added him and we became buds. now is that crazy creep status or what? but there you have it, i have turned into an internet searching, facebook creeping, blog addict.

okay one last thing. speaking of blogging, i'm going to start the thirty days of blogging back up again tomorrow.
