my cousin jen and her family live up in the mountains near duchenne where they own sixty acres and raise livestock, horses, and llamas. this weekend they had a treasure-hunt birthday party for their daughter india.
first we dressed up as pirates and spaniards. then we used the legend to follow each clue to the next one until we found the treasure! the kids all loved it and it was a lot of fun to be apart of. then all the family just hung out in the mountains for the rest of the day.
