day 3: a picture of you and your craziest friend.
alyssa jo ferlin. welp...i think i've probably been friends with her the longest of anyone, and the cool thing is is that we're still friends! she's like a sister to me and we have crazy fun together.
we just do random crazy stuff together. like all of the skits we did with our other friends in jr high...barbie girl anyone? or the three little pigs rap! coming straaaaaaaaaiiiit at ya heeeeeerrre we go!!!
i remember all of our good times when we were little, all the fights me and her and korri would get it. or when we'd wake up early and hide in korri's tree so kason wouldn't find us. or play spies. or run through the sprinklers in her back yard and pee in the corner next to her house cuz we were too lazy to go inside.
we were best buddies all through high school and are pretty much apart of each other's families so it's safe to call her my sister. remember all the dates we've doubled on? half of them were ridiculously awkward. the other half were all so great. especially when my dad calls us ten times throughout the night. and when we don't answer cuz we're in a movie, he calls our dates. and my mom, who calls her parents. and he also calls their parents. yeah fun times haha. there's all those crazy times tubing and sledding and ghost hunting. nintendo 64 baby...we beat matt clegg and johnny holmgren at super smash bros and matt attacked me after, that was fun. speaking of matt clegg....alyssa and i were his and curtis adam's secret admirers for a week before valentines day last year. that was a definite adventure. we got discovered and chased down. and of course all of our good times at girl's camp, youth conference, and bear lake. remember floating out on our air mattress on bear lake? ha, or having shopping cart races at walmart with ricky and matt? the pranks we pulled...like putting that giant "U" rock on matt and amber's lawn. and i swear every time we asked to dances something would go wrong.
alyssa and i grew up together. we got in trouble with our parents, leaders, and whoever so many times together. we've both been so much apart of each other's family life, high school life, boy life, church life, and just life in general. don't know what i'd do without this girl and im so so grateful for all the times we've had together and how spontaneous we both are together! love you girl.
