dr. seuss

at this very moment in my life, i have never appreciated and understood dr. seuss's wisdom so much.
i remember being a little kid, my dad would always read me dr. seuss books. they were fun and entertaining, and my dad had the time of his life reading these books to me and my brothers. but that's all they really were, fun and entertaining...let's be honest it's not like i got much from them. they didn't even make sense!
i just found a bunch of dr. seuss quotes and im thinking...why did he make children's books? it's the late teens/early adults who need to hear this stuff. i know now is the time i need to hear these things.

my good friends from snow hall who didn't sleep a wink the last month of the semester: this makes sense. we didn't sleep cuz life was just too good.
