for my brother's birthday today, my dad took my two brothers, kody's friend spencer, and i to a water park. we were going to go to raging waters, but it was way crowded and we had heard that there was a new water park nearby so we decided we'd try that one out. well, it was pretty fun, but it's more for children and so there wasn't a lot to do. pretty much everyone there was ten or younger, or a parent of a kid ten or younger. after going down a couple of lame slides, we decided to try going down the lazy river. it was crazy crowded with kids and inner tubes. i lost the boys for a while, but when i saw them again they somehow had inner tubes. "where did you get those?!" i asked them. "hold on we'll get you one," kody told me. he looked around, spotted a small girl in a tube, and hit the tube from underneath so it flew over the girl. kason caught it and threw it to spencer who threw it to me. even after we all had tubes, kason, kody, and spencer would ditch their tubes just to bully other kids out of theirs. they'd tip the tubes over or hit them into the air and then duck into the water so the poor children didn't know what was going on. after a while, another gang of ten-year-old boys caught on to what was happening and decided they wanted to do the same thing. eventually, there was havoc as tubes were being flipped everywhere and even some personal battles over tubes were going on. i saw a couple girls crying when they lost their tubes and a father very angry that some punk had hurried off with his children's tube. well...i kind of felt bad but the kids will more than likely get over it and laugh about it when they grow up...i hope.
as for my brothers, i dunno if they'll ever grow up. but i guess it's fun that way.
